DISPATCH

Orders will be dispatched where possible within 1-2 working days from when the order is received however dispatch of all orders can take from 1- 10 working days at peak times, for made-to-order lines or stock items on delivery, followed by delivery depending on the goods. All clothing garments are made in-house by our talented team, therefore in peak times, there may be delays in turnaround time.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Due to the current strikes, delivery times might take a little longer. Please allow up to two weeks for your order to be delivered to you. As soon as your order is shipped, we will inform you via email, if dispatched after 3pm Monday - Friday it will be collected by the courier the next working day. We do not have weekend courier collections, all shipments will be collected by the courier the following Monday.

Our Collect-in-Store service is currently unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Delivery & Shipping Information

  • The Seller will calculate the total weight of the items purchased by the Buyer and apply the appropriate delivery rate. The Buyer may choose which postal service they wish to use, Royal Mail or Courier services.
  • All orders are dispatched daily from Monday to Friday.
  • Many products are made-to-order items and may take up to five - seven working days to be dispatched.
  • Goods supplied outside the UK and the ROI will normally be delivered within 14 working days of acceptance of the order and may take longer for international orders outside of Europe.
  • Where a specific delivery date has been agreed upon, and where this delivery date cannot be met, the Buyer will be notified and given the opportunity to agree on a new delivery date or receive a full refund.
  • The Seller shall use its reasonable endeavors to meet any date agreed for delivery. In any event time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the Seller shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
  • Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Buyer’s address specified in the order and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
  • Title and risk in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the Goods.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • To return your items for a refund, or exchange or to return a faulty or wrong item please use our returns portal which is fully tracked below.

  • If the items are damaged or wrong, we do apologies, please use the portal above where you will be asked to provide photographic evidence, once reviewed by our team a FREE return will be issued and the items will be replaced. 
  • If you return the items via your means please ensure the items are sent via a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for their return journey unless it is via our returns portal.

Please see below information on returns, upon receipt of your return it will be updated on your account and for an exchange, a new tracking code will be provided via email and your account will be updated. This may take 5-7 working days for dispatch as the goods may need to be manufactured. For a refund, upon receipt of the goods, a refund will be issued to the original payment method - this may take 48-72 hours to appear in your account, you will receive a email of a credit memo to confirm your return - any unpaid postage fees will be deducted from your return. 

  • The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller in writing within 5 working days of delivery if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. If damage to goods is a result of the postal service the Buyer must notify the Seller within 24 hours of receipt, either in writing or by telephone, in order to comply with postal terms and conditions. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.
  • Where a claim of defect or damage is made the Seller shall be responsible for the recovery of the Goods from the Buyer. The Buyer shall be entitled to an exchange or full refund if the Goods are in fact defective.
  • If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the Contract and receive a refund by informing the Seller in writing within 28 days of receipt of the Goods. The right to cancel does not apply to Contracts for the supply of Goods if these have been unsealed by the Consumer.
  • Goods must be returned by the Buyer at the Buyer’s expense and should be adequately insured during the return journey. The Buyer will receive a refund of monies paid or exchange of items for the Goods within 30 days of cancellation & return being received at the warehouse. If the Buyer fails to return the Goods following cancellation, the Seller shall be entitled to deduct the cost of the Goods from the Buyer.
  • Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from the Seller on the package.
  • Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer’s fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.

  • If you do not use our returns portal, please ensure the items are sent via a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for its return journey unless it is via our returns portal.
