The Pro Polo offers a modern, comfortable fit and is made from a durable 50% cotton, 50% polyester blend, making it breathable, strong, and ideal for everyday wear. With a 220gsm fabric weight, it provides a quality feel while remaining practical for work or casual use.

Designed with durability and comfort in mind, it includes a ribbed self collar, self-taped neck, and twin-needle stitching for long-lasting wear. The three self-coloured button placket adds a classic polo style.

Washing Instructions

  • Wash at 60°C

Dispatch

Online Orders:

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
  • During peak times or for made-to-order items, dispatch may take 1–10 working days.
  • All clothing is made in-house, so turnaround times may be longer during busy periods.

Click & Collect Orders:

  • Orders will be ready for collection within 4 hours of purchase.
  • Collection is only available during store opening hours.
  • Do not visit the store until you receive confirmation that your order is ready.

Delivery & Shipping

Delivery Times:

  • Orders are typically delivered within 48 hours after dispatch, but please allow up to two weeks.
  • Orders dispatched after 3pm Monday–Friday will be collected by the courier the next working day.
  • No weekend courier collections; all weekend orders will be collected the following Monday.

  • International orders outside the UK/ROI may take up to 14 working days or longer for destinations outside Europe.
  • If a specific delivery date cannot be met, we will contact you to reschedule or provide a full refund.
  • While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, delivery times are not guaranteed and we are not liable for delays.
  • Delivery will be made to the address specified in your order. Please ensure someone is available to receive it.
  • Title and risk pass to the buyer upon delivery.

You can track your order anytime via My Account. Click & Collect customers will receive an email when the order is ready for pickup. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Returns Overview

  • ✅ Returns accepted within 28 days of purchase
  • 🚫 Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • 📦 Use our tracked returns portal to start your return or exchange
  • 🆓 Free returns for faulty or incorrect items (with photos)
  • 🏬 Online orders can also be returned/exchanged in-store (Tower Centre, Ballymena) or at any UK/NI show *(Irish shows excluded)*
  • 🖥️ Digital, personalised, or made-to-order items are non-returnable

How to Start a Return

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to your order page
  3. Request a return using our returns portal (fully tracked)

For faulty or incorrect items, please upload photos when submitting your request. Once reviewed, a free return label will be issued and replacement items will be sent promptly.

In-Store & Show Returns

You can return or exchange online orders at:

  • Our flagship store in the Tower Centre, Ballymena
  • Any UK / Northern Ireland show we attend

Unfortunately, this does not apply to Irish shows. In-store purchases can also be shipped back for a return/exchange — please contact us first.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 48–72 hours of receiving your return
  • Exchanges may take 5–7 working days if items are made to order
  • Any unpaid postage fees may be deducted from your refund
  • Confirmation emails will be sent for all refunds and exchanges

Return Conditions

  • Returns must be made within 28 days of purchase
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Items not meeting these conditions will be returned at your expense
  • Always use a tracked postal service if not using our portal
